I won an auction 18025

I won an auction, but no one shipped anything, no refund, no reply, no explanations, after many emails. Now after more than a month they said the seller didn’t have the items to ship. I spoke to the seller, the said [ marketplace ] closed wrongly the timing of the auction. Result i found myself with no money, no items to sell.

[ marketplace ] is about money, they don’t care about the Buyers!!!

Bought Amazon 6 pallets, one missing and the other five not mine. They located my order in New York and just closed my dispute. Got Target 4 pallets and 48% stolen items, all Dysons and good stuff was not in the pallets. Costco had 2 pallets said good, that product was trash and dirty, nasty and broken. I am done with them.

Cherry-picked, every single time.

[ broker ] has become a complete waste of time and money. The quality of their pallets keeps getting worse and worse. It feels like they are cherry-picking all the good and valuable items before the lot is even listed.

“Untested” means junk.

Untested means junk. The manifest is a lie. They will short you. Support is trash. They cherry-pick everything to put on [ sister site ] (their other company) and if you buy from [ sister site ] “new” it’s actually a return.

Hidden requirements at pickup.

I bought 3 pallets, 2 of air conditioners and one of humidifiers/dehumidifiers. First, they don’t disclose that you need a “dock-high” truck to pick up your pallets. So instead of spending $150 in gas, I spent $600 chasing a truck no one warned me about.

Wait 2 hours, drive home empty.

The Fort Worth Texas location is horrible. They never have orders ready on time, you sit around and wait up to 2 hours. They are always missing a pallet and then tell you to come back another day, to someone else, to a different dock. Total mess.

Our story

Why we built the credit layer trade between the US and LATAM was missing.

MasterStock USA was born from two observations. First: buyers outside the United States pay retail prices for inventory sitting in US warehouses, marked down 70 percent. Second: even when they manage to access it, they have to tie up 100 percent of the capital before receiving the goods. US banks don't extend trade credit to a LATAM importer without local history. LATAM banks charge local rates on dollars they don't hold. We built the layer that closes both gaps: we pay the US supplier in cash, ship the LATAM importer with Net-30 terms, and score every lot against their buyer profile. Every deal feeds our proprietary underwriting model.

The problem became obvious.

Jose and Esteban were running cross-border deals from a desk in Latin America. Every buyer asked the same thing: where can I get vetted US lots without losing a week to auctions?

Most B2B liquidation channels are designed for the seller. Mystery manifests, no recourse, 50-bidder auctions, brokers who disappear after pickup. We built the opposite: vetted lots, full manifests, real warehouse photos, named reps, written recourse.

Auction sites hide SKUs behind a category label and a photo. You bid blind. We send full SKU-level manifests before any deposit.

Channel conflicts hidden until pickup

Brand restrictions, MAP policies, geo-exclusions, none of it disclosed up front. We screen for channel fit before we even show you the lot.

No recourse when condition misses

"As-is, where-is" is the industry default. We put written recourse in the Bill of Sale: variance above 5% triggers pro-rated credit, resolved in one week.
